Most orders are designed, handcrafted and delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks after payment. Need your gift sooner? Express delivery may be available at checkout for selected destinations, helping your order arrive in as little as around one week. For this reason, personalised jewellery, figurines and photo gifts are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind once production has begun.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order details, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the item. Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted in accordance with the applicable return policy, provided that items are unused, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging. Return requests should be submitted promptly after delivery.
