Create something meaningful with names, initials, dates, handwriting, fingerprints, handprints, photos, maps, pet details, family symbols or your own original artwork.

Not at all. Simply choose a style you love and personalise it on the product page with your preferred name, message, engraving, stone colour or image. You can also combine shapes and icons from the design options, or upload a sketch, reference image or original concept for a more bespoke piece.

Depending on the design, personalised jewellery can be made in sterling silver, gold, white gold, rose gold, gold-plated sterling silver, white-gold-plated sterling silver or rose-gold-plated sterling silver. Neatie states that its gold-colour variations use 18ct gold specifications. Please check each product page for the materials available for that individual design.

Yes. Many designs can be personalised with names, initials, meaningful dates, short messages or custom engraving. Selected pieces also allow coloured stones to be added, giving you a beautiful way to represent birth months, family members, anniversaries or favourite colours. Please check all spelling, capitalisation and dates carefully before placing your order.

Yes. You can upload a hand-drawn sketch, image or reference design for bespoke jewellery. For personalised figurines, photo gifts and 3D crystals, upload clear, high-quality photos through the product page or support portal. For the best result, choose well-lit images with the main subject clearly visible.

Your photo will be used as the creative reference for the finished piece. However, because figurines and crystal engravings are individually crafted and involve artistic interpretation, an exact replica cannot be guaranteed. For more lifelike results, please provide sharp, well-lit photos and, for figurines, multiple angles whenever possible.

Please review every detail before checkout, as personalised products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted. If you need to make a change, contact Neatie support as soon as possible. Whether an amendment can be made will depend on the current production stage of your order.

Each piece is made to order and may involve modelling, cutting, engraving, finishing and plating. Neatie aims for most orders to arrive within approximately 1–2 weeks after payment, including production and delivery. Timings may be longer during peak periods or for more complex bespoke designs. Express delivery may be available at checkout for selected orders and destinations.

Neatie highlights free engraving, a complimentary gift box, designer support and free shipping as part of its service. Availability may vary by product, destination and order type, so please confirm the included services on the relevant product page and during checkout.

Because personalised products are made especially for you, they are generally not eligible for returns simply because you have changed your mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your confirmed order, please keep the item and packaging, take clear photographs and contact Neatie support promptly with your order details.
